My payout was cancelled, what should I do?

List of possible reasons for payout cancellation and how to resolve them:


1. Incorrect Name in the System.

• Check that your name is entered correctly. Note that the bank may cancel the payment if the patronymic name is missing.

• After correcting your name, request the payment again.


2. Payments Not Available in Your Country or for the Selected Payment System.

• Check if withdrawals are available in your country and for the selected payment system.

• Review the list of available and unavailable countries and systems for withdrawals.


3. Restrictions on Payments to Belarusian Banks.

• Payments to cards issued by Belarusian banks are only available for VISA cards..

• Review the list of Belarusian banks that successfully process payments.


4. Withdrawals are made only to a card registered in the account owner's name.

• Make sure the card is yours.


5. YooMoney wallet not identified

• Replenishment of an anonymous wallet is prohibited.

• Please verify your YooMoney wallet and request the payment again.


6. Rejection Due to Security Rules..

• Your payment was rejected by the security service, and the money was returned to your balance.

• Try using a different card or another withdrawal method.


7. Issuer Bank Declined the Payment.

• Your bank canceled the transaction.

• Contact your bank to find out the reasons for the refusal.


8. Limit on the number of payouts per minute

• Only one transaction per one requisite per minute is possible.

• If you need to make several transactions per requisite, please separate them by time.
