How is the transfer of intellectual property rights ensured when working with our contractors?

“Intellectual Property” refers to all results of intellectual or creative activity, including works of science, literature and art, software and databases, audiovisual materials, designs, graphics and photographs, technical solutions, trade secrets (know-how), trademarks, service marks, and any other protectable subject matter created or used by a contractor in the course of performing the Work or Services.

Under the Remozo Offer, upon delivery and acceptance of the Work / Services, the contractor is deemed to fully, irrevocably and exclusively assign to Remozo all intellectual property rights in and to the deliverables created as part of the Result, including:

exclusive ownership and all associated rights;
assignment for the entire term of protection provided under the applicable law;
transfer free of any encumbrances, restrictions, or third-party claims;
with the full right of further assignment to the Customer.

Following such assignment from the contractor, Remozo assigns the corresponding intellectual property rights to the Customer, ensuring a proper and valid transfer of IP in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable international IP standards.
