The higher the cost of the services provided or work performed, the more transparent the pricing should be, including a clear breakdown based on:

  • the scope and complexity of the work;
  • the required amount of labor;
  • the contractor’s qualifications;
  • the number of hours worked.

Task statuses

After creation, a task can move through the following statuses:

  • Open — the task has been created but has not yet been accepted by the contractor.
  • In progress — the task has been accepted by the contractor and is being completed.
  • Waiting for Acceptance — the contractor has completed the task and is waiting for approval from the customer.
  • Completed — the task has been accepted and closed.
  • Cancelled — the task has been cancelled by the customer or contractor.

Task acceptance and payment

Once the task is completed, the contractor moves it to the «Waiting for Acceptance» status.

The customer can:

  • accept the task;
  • send the task back for revision;
  • cancel the task.

Once the task is accepted, it moves to the «Completed» status, and the payment is processed automatically.

After the task is closed, the customer receives a closing document — Sales Invoice. The customer can choose how the closing documents are generated:

  • At the beginning of the month for the past period
  • Upon completion and payment of each task;
  • Both options.

You can access closing documents from Remozo in your Personal Account under «Documents» → «Sales invoices».

Contractors receive self-billing invoice. It's generated immediately after the task is closed.
