How will the document verification process work?

After uploading the documents in the contractor’s personal account, they will be reviewed through the Sumsub verification service.

Do I need to contact Remozo for verification directly?

You do not need to contact Remozo to complete the verification. However, if you have any questions about the process, contractors can contact our support team.

In some cases, our support team may contact the contractor directly to clarify certain information using the following official contacts: @Remozo_Support_Bot or support@remozo.com.
