What is required to complete verification?

1. Basic verification: you will need a passport or ID.
2. Extended verification: in addition to a passport or ID, you will also need to provide proof of address and complete a real-time selfie verification.

We accept the following documents as proof of address:

• A valid ID document containing address information (passport, ID card, driver’s license, residence permit).
• Residential registration details in a national passport.
• Bank documents issued within the last 3 months:
  • Bank statement;
  • Bank letter;
  • Mortgage payment statement;
  • Passbook.
• Utility bills issued within the last 3 months:
  • Landline, internet, or TV bill;
  • Water, electricity, or gas bill;
  • Bill from another utility provider.
• Documents issued by government authorities within the last 3 months:
  • Letter or notification from a government authority;
  • Voter registration certificate;
  • Tax notice;
  • Temporary registration document;
  • Affidavit;
  • Vehicle registration certificate.

A notification of temporary residence registration may also be approved as a proof of address document through Support.

All documents must contain the full name and address.
