Verification rules

1) Without verification:

Cryptocurrency payouts up to 10,000 USDT per month are available and total payouts up to 1,000 EUR for the entire service use period are available.

2) Basic Verification:

Enables payouts to bank cards and payment systems up to 10,000 EUR per month and crypto payouts up to 10000 USDT/month.

To complete verification, you must provide a valid identity document (passport, ID card, or residence permit).

3) Extended Verification:

Unlimited payments within existing bank limits, as well as payments to SEPA/SWIFT accounts.

To complete verification, please provide the following:

1) A valid identity document (passport, ID card, or residence permit);

2) A real-time selfie;

3) Proof of address (bank statement, bank letter, government-issued documents or utility bill).

Document Requirements:

• The document must be valid, issued in your name, and free of any corrections, or your verification request will be automatically denied due to suspected fraud.
• Upload a photo of the original document; screenshots and scans are not accepted.
• The image must be clear, showing all four corners of the document.
• Do not obscure any document details.
• Do not use editing software to alter the image.
• Do not use a mobile scanner to create the images.
• If the document is double-sided, you must upload photos of both sides.
• File size should not exceed 50 MB. Identity documents (passport, ID card, residence permit) are accepted in JPEG, JPG and PNG formats. For other documents, including proof of address, PDF format is also supported.
• Old Ukrainian passports are not accepted. Please upload a new-style document.
