Types and Verification Requirements

Remozo offers two types of contractor verification: basic and enhanced.

The available payout amounts and payout methods depend on the type of verification completed.

1) Without verification:

Cryptocurrency payouts up to 10,000 USDT per month are available and total payouts up to 1,000 EUR for the entire service use period are available.

2) Basic Verification:

Enables payouts to bank cards and payment systems up to 10,000 EUR per month and crypto payouts up to 10000 USDT/month.

To complete verification, you must provide a valid identity document (passport, ID card, or residence permit).

3) Extended Verification:

Unlimited payments within existing bank limits, as well as payments to SEPA/SWIFT accounts.

To complete verification, please provide the following:

1) A valid identity document (passport, ID card, or residence permit);

2) A real-time selfie;

3) Proof of address (bank statement, bank letter, government-issued documents or utility bill).

How to take photos of your documents correctly

Problem	Solution
Watermarks	Do not use camera apps that add watermarks to photos.
Blurry photos	Place the document on a flat surface and keep the camera parallel to it. If you are using a laptop or computer webcam, stabilize your hand by resting your elbow on the desk. Do not hold the camera too close to the document. When taking a photo with your phone, tap the screen to focus on the document.
Glare	Do not photograph the document under direct light, especially if it has a glossy surface.
Information is missing or unclear	Make sure all required information is clearly visible, including the document number, hologram, photo, MRZ (Machine Readable Zone), and other document details. If necessary, slightly tilt the document to make all information clearly visible.
Other people or objects in the photo	Make sure there are no other people or unnecessary objects in the frame. Do not cover any information on the document with your fingers.
Edited photos	Do not edit photos using image-editing software or convert them to PDF from other file formats.
Low photo quality	Use a high-resolution camera and do not compress the file before uploading it.

The document must be valid, issued in your name, and free of any corrections, or your verification request will be automatically denied due to suspected fraud.
Upload a photo of the original document; screenshots and scans are not accepted.
The image must be clear, showing all four corners of the document.
Do not obscure any document details.
Do not use editing software to alter the image.
Do not use a mobile scanner to create the images.
If the document is double-sided, you must upload photos of both sides.
File size should not exceed 50 MB. Identity documents (passport, ID card, residence permit) are accepted in JPEG, JPG and PNG formats. For other documents, including proof of address, PDF format is also supported.
Old Ukrainian passports are not accepted. Please upload a new-style document.
