AI Agent for Remozo (Beta)
The feature is currently in beta and is not yet available to all customers. To enable it, contact your manager or our support team at support@remozo.com.
Which AI agents can connect to Remozo?
You can connect Remozo to an AI agent you already use: Claude, Claude Code, or Codex.
What can the AI agent do?
The agent can access data from your Remozo account and perform actions there based on your request, which you can describe in natural language. This allows you to manage tasks and contractors directly from a chat. No API integration is required on the client side.
How does the AI agent work?
The agent connects to your account using a personal access key issued by Remozo. It then determines which actions are needed to fulfill your request. If any information is missing, it will ask you for clarification — for example, which service category to use or which of your companies the task should be created for.
Example:
You tell the agent: «Create tasks for all designers in this spreadsheet, 150 EUR each, deadline at the end of the month». Within a minute, the task drafts are ready. The agent asks you to confirm that everything is correct, and after you confirm or make changes, it publishes the tasks. You don't need to open your Remozo account, fill out an import template, or copy rows from Excel.
Important!
The agent never takes action without your confirmation. Before performing any action, it will show you all the relevant parameters and ask you to approve them.
New tasks are created as drafts. Contractors cannot see them, and funds are not reserved from your balance. Review the drafts and ask the agent to publish them — only then will the contractor receive the task.
The agent has the same permissions as you do. If your role does not allow you to accept tasks or view financial information, the agent will not be able to do so either.
What can you do with the AI agent?
Task management
- View the task list with filters and open individual task details;
- Create a task, including multiple tasks in a row, from a list, or from a file;
- View, edit, and publish task drafts;
- Edit tasks (the amount and currency cannot be changed);
- Accept or reject completed tasks;
- Create tasks with the «Completed» status (if auto-acceptance is enabled and the user has permission to accept tasks);
- Duplicate previously created tasks.
Example requests:
- «Which tasks are waiting for approval?»;
- «Create a task for Anna Smith: landing page layout, 400 EUR, due September 30»;
- «Here is a spreadsheet with monthly payments — create tasks based on it»;
- «Duplicate task 11298 for next month»;
- «Accept task 11305».
Contractor management
- Search for contractors and view contractor lists and profiles;
- Invite contractors by email.
Example requests:
- «Find the contractor with the last name Peterson»;
- «Invite these contractors to Remozo: anna@example.com, oliver@example.com».
Financial information
- View the balances of all companies associated with your account, including multi-account setups;
- View transaction history (only if you have the «View financial information» permission);
- Check exchange rates.
Example requests:
- «What's my balance?» (If you have several companies, the agent will show the balance for each one);
- «Show me the transactions for August»;
- «What is the current EUR exchange rate?».
What can't you do through the AI agent?
The AI agent currently cannot:
- Make payouts;
- Top up your balance;
- Change payment details;
- Work with documents such as acts, bills, invoices;
- Attach files to tasks;
- See tasks created via the API or payout registries;
- Manage team members and roles in your company.
We are continuing to develop the AI agent and will add more capabilities over time.
How is the AI agent connected?
ℹ️ The integration uses MCP (Model Context Protocol) — an open standard that allows AI agents to connect to external services. You don't need to understand how MCP works; you only need to make sure that your agent supports it.
🧪 Beta feature
The AI agent is not yet available to all customers. If you'd like to try it, contact your manager or our support team at support@remozo.com. We will enable access and help you with the initial setup.
Your feedback is very valuable to us: what worked well, what was missing, and where the agent made mistakes.
What do you need to connect an AI agent?
- Beta access (see above). Once access is enabled, the Integrations tab will appear in your settings.
- One of the following agents:
- Claude Code (in the terminal or in the Claude app)
- Codex
- Claude
Claude Code and Codex are the easiest options to connect.
Where can you find the connection details?
- Open your Remozo account.
- Go to «Settings» → «Integrations».
- In the «Connect an AI agent to Remozo» section, you will see the connection details: the server URL and your personal access key.
🔐 Your key provides access to your account. Anyone who has it can act on your behalf. Do not share it with colleagues, publish it, or send it to support. If your key has been exposed, contact support immediately so we can replace it.
If your colleagues also want to connect an agent, each person must use their own key with their own permissions.
How do you connect an AI agent?
Method 1. Ask the agent to connect itself
This method works with Claude Code (in the terminal or in the Code tab of the Claude app) and Codex. It takes about a minute.
- In the Integrations tab, click the copy icon next to the connection message;
- Open Claude Code or Codex;
- Paste the copied message into the chat and send it;
- The agent will add Remozo to its settings. If it asks for permission to modify the configuration, allow it;
- Type «Show my balance». If the agent shows your balance, you're all set.
💡 Some agents need a restart to pick up a new connection. If the agent doesn't see Remozo after you paste the message, close it and open it again.
Method 2. Manual setup
From the message in the Integrations tab, copy:
- Server address — shown in the
urlfield; - Key — shown in the
Authorizationfield after the wordBearer.
🔄 AI agent interfaces change often. If the steps below do not match what you see, refer to the agent's current documentation. Links are provided in each section.
Claude Code in the terminal
Run the following command, replacing the server URL and key with your own:
claude mcp add --transport http remozo SERVER_ADDRESS --scope user --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY"
With --scope user , Remozo will be available across all your projects.
You can check the connection:
- Run
claude mcp list(remozo should show «Connected»); - Run
/mcpinside Claude Code.

Claude Code in the Claude app
The Claude desktop app and Claude Code in the terminal share the same settings. If you have already connected Remozo in the terminal, it will also appear in the Code tab.
If you don't use the terminal:
- Open the Claude app and go to the Code tab;
- Start a new session;
- Paste the message from the Integrations tab and send it;
- Claude will ask to run the connection command → click Allow;
- Start a new session and type «Show my balance».
You can also connect Remozo through the app settings, just like a regular Claude chat: connectors added under Settings → Connectors also work in the Code tab.
Documentation: Claude Code desktop app
Codex app
- Open the Codex app and click Settings (the gear icon in the bottom-left corner);
- Select MCP servers and click Add server;
- Enter the name
remozoand choose Streamable HTTP as the type; - Paste the server address into the URL field;
- Under HTTP headers, add the
Authorizationheader with the valueBearer YOUR_KEY. The wordBearerfollowed by a space is required; -
Save and start a new chat. Type «Show my balance».
Codex: terminal and IDE extension
Save your key as an environment variable, for example in ~/.zshrc or ~/.bashrc :
export REMOZO_TOKEN="YOUR_KEY"
Add the following to ~/.codex/config.toml :
[mcp_servers.remozo] url = "SERVER_ADDRESS" bearer_token_env_var = "REMOZO_TOKEN"
Restart Codex and run /mcp . Remozo should appear in the list.
The Codex app, terminal, and IDE extension use the same configuration, so you don't need to connect Remozo separately in each of them.

Claude: chat in the browser and the app
⚠️ Anthropic is gradually rolling out the option to add access keys to connectors, so the Request headers section is not yet available to everyone. If you don't see it in step 5, connect Remozo through Claude Code (in the same app, using the Code tab) or through Codex. The section will become available to more users over time.
For Free, Pro, and Max plans:
- Open Customize → Connectors (in the app: Settings → Connectors);
- Click Add custom connector;
- Enter «Remozo» in the Name field and the server address in MCP server URL field;
- Under Authentication, select No sign-in;
- Open Request headers, select the
authorizationheader, and enterBearer YOUR_KEYas the value. The wordBearerfollowed by a space is required; - Click Add;
- In a new chat, click «+» → Connectors and turn on Remozo.
For Team and Enterprise plans, connectors are added by the organization owner, and the key becomes shared by all members. Do not add your personal key this way: everyone in your organization would gain access to your Remozo account on your behalf. Use Claude Code or Codex instead.

ChatGPT
Codex works with a ChatGPT subscription, so if you use ChatGPT, connect Remozo through Codex (see above).
You can't connect Remozo to the regular ChatGPT chat yet: ChatGPT supports only external services that use account-based sign-in and cannot pass an access key. We are working on one-click integration, which will become available in ChatGPT and Claude.
How can you check that the AI agent is working?
Tell the agent «Show my balance». If the response contains the balance from your account, the connection is configured correctly.
To test the AI agent, try giving it simple and safe requests.
Example requests:
- «Show me the last 5 tasks»
- «Which contractors worked with us in August?»
- «Create a draft task for testing» (The task will stay a draft and will not be sent to the contractor)
