When do existing clients need to undergo KYB again?

Remozo may send an individual request to an existing client for additional information and certain documents required as part of the enhanced KYB review.

The requested documents must be provided within 14 days to avoid potential restrictions being imposed by the service.

The review of the submitted information may take up to 2 business days.
