Working as an individual entrepreneur in Remozo

Can I work on the platform as an Individual Entrepreneur?

Yes. We support cooperation with individuals, self-employed persons, and individual entrepreneurs (IE). Registration for users with IE status follows the same process as for other contractors.

What information is required to change status to Individual Entrepreneur?

To update your status to IE, you need to contact support (https://t.me/Remozo_Support_Bot) and provide documents and information confirming your legal status as an entrepreneur.

In particular, we expect the following details:

  • Registration number — a unique identification number assigned to an individual entrepreneur upon registration.
  • Tax number — a unique taxpayer identification number.

To confirm your Individual Entrepreneur status, you must provide documents containing these numbers, such as a certificate of IE registration or an extract from the entrepreneurs’ register.

In most countries, Individual Entrepreneurs are required to receive payments exclusively to a business bank account. We expect that, when working on the platform, an Individual Entrepreneur will provide their business bank account details for payments related to tasks received through our platform.

How can I obtain closing documents?

Closing documents are generated in your personal account under the “Documents” tab. The following documents are available to contractors:

  • Invoice — generated after each payment (the basis of the invoice includes only the offer; the task number is not included);
  • Acceptance Certificate — generated for each assigned task;
  • Acceptance Certificate — generated for each completed payment (the number and date of the request are added based on the last closed task);
  • Self-billing invoice — generated after task completion.

Do I need to pay taxes on income received through Remozo?

Yes. All applicable taxes are included in the remuneration of a contractor with  Individual Entrepreneur status. Therefore, any taxes payable in connection with income received through Remozo must be paid independently by you.

Must the services provided by an  Individual Entrepreneur correspond to activity codes?

Different countries have specific rules regarding activity codes. It is important that the services you provide correspond to the applicable activity code if such codes are required under your country’s legislation.

Some examples:

  1. Spain

    In Spain, individual entrepreneurs use CNAE (Clasificación Nacional de Actividades Económicas) to determine their main business activity.

  2. Serbia

    In Serbia, the KD classification (Klasifikacija Delatnosti) is used.

  3. Georgia

    In Georgia, NACE (National Classification of Economic Activities of Georgia) is applied.

It is important that your activity codes accurately reflect the services you actually provide. A mismatch between your registered codes and your actual activities may result in tax issues, penalties, or other adverse consequences.

How does an  Individual Entrepreneur receive payment?

Payments are transferred to the Individual Entrepreneur’s business bank account specified in the profile. A payment request can be submitted via the “Finance” → “Request Payment” tab. The processing time is 1–2 business days.

Is KYC verification required?

If you need to withdraw funds above certain limits, verification (KYC) is required.
